My experience spans both sides of the industry — hosting personally and operating professionally. I began at Plum Guide, where I learned how exacting standards and thoughtful curation earn guest trust at the premium end of the market.

I went on to scale a property-holdings business across Zone 1 London, helping launch their portfolio into short-term rentals, and later co-founded and scaled a short-let management business over three years before a successful exit.
